Badlands is a twelve song, two-act musical journey inspired by sci-fi Spaghetti Western themes, and features guest vocals from Elizabeth Hopkins (courtesy of Warner Bros. Records) and BJ Barham (of American Aquarium) and cover art by David Paul Seymour.

"Badlands is one of the finest big-time rock records to come from the area in recent years, an effort that seems poised for attention far beyond the band's previous local focus." - Spencer Griffith, Independent Weekly

"...spent 3 years working on Badlands and their efforts will put North Carolina squarely on the national music map. With top notch guest vocalists and the freedom to explore sound and style that a two act release allows, Badlands, breaks from recording norms and offers listeners a chance to hear both the familiar and the new. " - Indie Minded

"Exhibiting southern indie sensibility in spades" - Bucket Full of Nails
